Amy Montenegro has 20 plus years of entrepreneurial and staffing experience working in recruitment, sales, sales management, and operations. She has a documented record of achievements in increasing sales, operating income, market penetration, market share, and customer service levels. She worked with Accounting Principals for nine years and held many positions, including Area Managing Director. She also spent time working with Employbridge as an Area Vice President and Avant Healthcare professionals as a director of recruitment. Prior to joining Hilton, she acted as president of her own staffing company called Specialty Staffing Resources. Over the past five years with Hilton, she has built a centralized recruitment model for hotel operations within the Americas. The Recruitment Operations Center hires an average of 10,000 hires per year across the Americas for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
