Maria Christopoulos Katris is Co-Founder and CEO of Built In, the industry’s first Employer Visibility and Reputation Platform. She leads Built In’s mission to help companies strengthen how they’re discovered and represented across AI and search. Under her leadership, Built In expanded from eight to 80 U.S. markets and evolved to serve employers across industries. She led a $22 million Series C in 2019, a record for a female CEO-led Chicago company at the time. Recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a 40 Under 40 honoree, Katris holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
